I  1. I had to take care of each child. ---> I had to take care of each individual child.  2. I had to take care of every child ---> I had to take care of all the children.  II  1. Would you like something to drink? ---> You are expected to order something 2. Would you like anything to drink? ---> someone just wants to know if you are thirsty
